The search for Suzanne Simpson, a 51-year-old mother of four from San Antonio, Texas, continues as authorities enter the third week of their investigation. Simpson was last seen on the morning of October 7, arguing and physically fighting with her husband, Brad Simpson, outside their home. The situation has taken a dramatic turn with the arrest of Brad Simpson and his business partner, James Vallee Cotter, on charges related to the case.

The Disappearance:

Suzanne Simpson was last seen by a neighbor outside her home on October 7. According to police reports, she was involved in a heated argument with her husband, which escalated to physical violence. Neighbors reported hearing screaming coming from nearby woods, and Brad Simpson’s truck was seen leaving the area shortly after. Suzanne’s mother, Barbara Clark, expressed her concerns, stating that she does not believe her daughter is still alive.

Brad Simpson was arrested on October 10 on charges of family violence. During the investigation, authorities discovered an unregistered short-barrel rifle at the Simpson home, leading to additional charges against Brad Simpson. James Vallee Cotter, Brad Simpson’s business partner, was also arrested on charges of tampering with evidence. Cotter allegedly agreed to hide the assault rifle at his home, as per text messages exchanged with Brad Simpson.

The investigation has revealed new details, including text messages from Brad Simpson to Cotter, asking him to hide the rifle as police became suspicious of his actions. A team of K-9 dogs helped locate the gun hidden in the wall of Cotter’s home. Despite extensive searches, including combing through a landfill near the Simpson home, no evidence of Suzanne Simpson has been found.
